The investment of your financial resources toward one of the following projects would strengthen GDQ's ability to serve both the missionary community and the Albanian Christian community. Donations may be given online to GDQ International Christian School through TeachBeyond.  Please follow the link How to give online for specific details. 

Mentoring Program for Albanian Teachers – Albanian Christian parents have been praying and investigating the possibility of a Christian school for Albanian children. GDQ International Christian School will play a critical role in developing the school’s ethos by providing an internship program for the Albanian teachers who will teach at the school.  The cost to bring each Albanian Christian teacher into this internship program for one academic year is 3800 euros / 5000 USD.

Student Tuition Assistance – The GDQ community is comprised of missionary and non-missionary families.  All families pay tuition fees.  Student tuition assistance is open to all families. A private committee allocates monies based on financial need to those families applying for financial assistance.  

Capital Funds Assistance – Gifts designated to this fund will be designated toward future school enhancements such as the purchase of land, structural enhancements to our current sites, or purchases to further develop our computer lab or science department. Presently, 750 euros / 1000 USD will buy 1 square meter of land.

Where Needed Most – The GDQ administration with the assistance of the GDQ Board of Directors and GDQ staff will determine where to designate these funds.

In order for GDQ to secure the finances here in Albania, we are pleased to partner with TeachBeyond, an evangelical not-for-profit international organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and adults through education. TeachBeyond will see that GDQ receives all financial gifts designated to the school. 

Two options for donating online are noted. Use Option 1 if you have a US or Canadian mailing address. Your gift is tax deductible, and TeachBeyond will receipt your gift. Use Option 2 if you do not have a US or Canadian mailing address.

OPTION 1: If you reside in the US or in Canada (or have a US or Canadian mailing address)

1. Go directly to TeachBeyond's website: www.teachbeyond.org/donate

2. Select USA Donate Online or Canada Donate Online

3. Complete the address and donation information.

4. In the designation box where you read 'I would like my donation to go to,' select TeachBeyond Special Project.

5. Over the words 'Project Name,' please type in one of the projects (GDQ Mentoring, GDQ Student Tuition, GDQ Build, GDQ Where Needed).

6. Please note that a project must be designated for TeachBeyond to allocate your gift to GDQ International Christian School.

OPTION 2: If you reside outside of the US or Canada

1. Make an online donation through PayPal -- https://www.paypal.com/

2. Log on to your personal PayPal account or create an account

3. Click "Send Money"

4. Type in the email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

5. Type in the amount of your donation

6. Use the dropdown menu to select the currency of your donation

7. Select the "Personal" tab (rather than the "Purchase" tab)

8. Select "Other" where you read "This money is being sent as a..."  Your gift is a charitable donation.

9. Select "Continue"

10. Review your payment

11. Select who will pay the transaction fee: The click box indicates that you will pay this fee. Your donation plus the fee will be deducted from your bank card. If you unclick the box, your donation will be deducted from your bank card. The fee will be deducted from your donation amount prior to being added to GDQ's account

12. "Email to recipient" - A blank email screen will open.  The 'to' field will contain the email address for TeachBeyond Donor Services

13. Type "Donation for GDQ International Christian School" in the Subject field

14. Type an email message to TeachBeyond noting that you are making a donation to GDQ International Christian School.  Please state the project to which you would like your donation allocated - GDQ Mentoring, GDQ Student Tuition, GDQ Build, or GDQ Where Needed.
